I finally went and found someone else half way across the store to help. They didn't have the item in stock after I was told the day before that plenty were in stock. I was offered the display model at only 15% off by the head manager. It was missing parts and had been the display for over a yr. I think the military discount is 15% or close to it for a good working product. But by then the store was closing and I had no choice. Hope it runs but don't have much faith. Guess they'll see me again tomorrow when I take it back.
Poor at best. An associate that was supposed to be helping me left to go get a ladder and 15 min later I found him on another isle helping someone else. It was close to closing and I needed to know whether or not an item was in stock or not so I could hurry and leave to go get it somewhere else if they didn't have it because I needed the item at 6:30 the next morning.
Lowe's representative seems to want to pressure customer into accepting delivery on their terms rather on the customer terms. He called twice and left messages. And called again when eating breakfast. I advise I'd received his phone message and was coming to store to address some thoughts and issues about delivery. He continued to address issue for delivery. Would have expect for the representative to acknowledge my visit and left it at that. Representative seemed to try and discourage my visit and wanted to secure a date.I reminded representative I was eating breakfast and I would be at store in about a hour. I was able to address my issues and sealed a date for delivery upon my visit with representative.
We have been renovating our house and Eric Campbell and Jack Sims in flooring have been so helpful. They were so patient with me trying to decide on what to go with. The floors look wonderful.
The only thing good about lowes in Jacksonville AR is that there. IS only one. The last time i was their i spent 800 $ early that day. My money was wet from sweat I had 3 carts from one end of the store to the other no help Lowes employees at Jacksonville AR are lazy
I really like going to Lowe's an associate always comes up and ask if we need help which is so wonderful! I hate going somewhere and have to look up and down the store looking for help. At Lowes every time we go we receive lots oh help! Thank you Lowe's!
