Good prices and coupons. I only gave 3 stars because I bought a drillmaster rotary tool set, (only $10) it lasted for a total of 5 seconds. I was grinding on a piece of plastic for only a few seconds, I shut it off to go get some pliers to help hold it and when i got back pushed the power button NOTHING!!! I guess the saying is true "you get what you pay for". It is going back today and I don't want any exchanges.
I used to drive to this store from Conway before we got one. The few times I've been the store was clean, well stocked, with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Extremely rude employee there. She was rude on the phone and rude in person. I won't be back.
Staff is excellent as is the stock of various tools that they keep. Store is always clean and well organized
Definitely one of my favorite hardware stores to go visit. If you need some serious hardware, this is the place to go. The tent sale is always nice and they have a quite regularly.
