Caitlin, store mgr @ Jacksonville, AR is a LIAR. WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN 18 YEARS OF DEALING WITH FIRESTONE. I ask her about the previous manager, she bald-faced lie to me and told me he was no longer with the company. However, he is still a store manager in the Little Rock Store. Spent one hour 45 minutes at this location, only to find out that she did not complete the work that I needed... Which all the work combined should have taken an hour or less. Then when I file a complaint with the local area, no one bothered to return my call. I Surrender the survey, no one replied to the survey either.
Just went Friday to get a tune-up. I was there from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. And no one had even touched my car! It was just sitting there while they serviced everyone else. Then after all of that they finally quoted me a price of $348.68!!! Outraged customer!
They were rude and lied to me. Said my shocks are bad, and they were. BUT, they also said shocks ruined my back tires and I needed new ones. Little did they know my tires had been rotated a week prior during an oil change. So if any tires had damage from shocks it would have been the front ones
I like Firestone but sometimes they won't fix your car unless you let them completely fix it instead of what well get you to A too B
A second opinion proved my tires were in nearly new shape.
The place was nice. The guys working on the car maintained a professional image and the job was done well
