I kept having brake problems prematurely on my truck and the place i usually take my truck to never caught why but the guys at aamco found it immediately and when they couldnt get the part delivered in a timely fashion, one of their guys drove an hour round trip just to get it for me and get me going again. Definitley will be returning for future work.
Think twice! I regret it. They treated me like a moron because I'm a woman and my husband wasn't with me but I do know a thing or two about cars. I thought I would give a new local business a try but it was a no go after I had to correct the mechanic about something. My hubbie found out his name is Matthew Gillis and he gave a 5 star review on here posing as a customer.
Excellent clean professional experience these people really impressed me they took care of my car and actually made me feel like my opinions and concerns were valued in my experience that is hard to find at a repair shop
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! The lady in the office brushed me off when I asked for a quote on some work I needed done. She said that they have to look at it to see if that is what work needed to be done. I said that this is the work I need done, I have already had it looked at. I just need a quote for it, she said they can't give me a quote. I have never had a shop that can't give you a quote and doesn't have any book prices. How do you know how to charge someone if you don't have any labor prices or shop fees? Do you just guess when it comes time to fix someone's vehicle how much you will charge them. I don't appreciate being brushed off as if my business doesn't matter.
Great work and excellent customer service. Best experience I've had with an auto shop.
