A lot has improved!! There was a while there I considered finding another provider even though they are conveniently located less than 10 mins from home but it appears they've gotten rid of the bad apples and every experience lately has been a good one!
Great people to work with! they have always been super helpful before and after hours couldn't ask for a better vet!
