Got a quote that was $30 less than I was paying with Geico, but then when I purchased the policy the $17 more than the quote. I turned in the form they said they needed before the date required but they lost the form. Then I received a bill for an additional $17 since they claimed they never received the signed form. I went to the office and they said they would fix it. Now 2 months later I again get the bill for the $17. Now I am paying more for this policy than I was with GeiCo for less coverage. Come time to renew the policy I am dropping them like a bad habit and going back to Geico!
I have never had such great experience with and insurance company before. they were so helpful in explaining everything to me. i was able to save by combining my home and auto together. great dealing with Jinger also
I purchased 6 month policy from them and a month later they sent me a letter form to sign about the coverage I did not want (because I wanted state min) I didn't want all the add ons. I signed and sent off. Then 10 weeks later I received a bill for $70. Called and asked what up. I paid off my 6month policy. A young new guy said there Corp office revived it late and were charging me for add ons I didn't want. He said it was a problem on their end he would try to fix it. They never called back and when I did they said they would not let me talk to the same guy but knock $50 off the $70 for the add ons I did not want or need. I refused to pay for what I did not want and did not renew. I went to FARMERS INS. and they matched policy and was cheaper and they completed there end of the paper work like pros. unlike the clowns at STATE FROUD ins.
