I love this kroger..one of my favorites in the area.
Fresh vegetables. Seafood selection very good for this area. Good quality meats. Nice selection of groceries and frozen food. Human cashiers and take out help available. More of a human touch than Walmart.
Well, I went in and was immediately greeted with a lovely and well rounded staff. As I scurried off to the baking section, I reminisced on a time where I too worked in a similar establishment. It brought back so many wonderful memories of when me and my co-workers used to sneak into the beer cooler and well... You know the rest. I enjoyed the coming together of so many cultures. In Kroger, everyone is important.
Isles are way too narrow!!! Felt like I was about to have a claustraphobic organism!! I needed some kroger brand ice cream and kroger brand motor oil and was surprisingly surprised when the kroger brand motor oil was right across from the kroger brand chocolate rapture ice cream!! And you know I needed some kroger brand toilet tissue and noticed it was next to the kroger brand black grapes Which reminded me of those big floppy eared bunny's poop... then I knew what was about to happen if I ate that kroger brand chocolate rapture ice cream!! So I hid it behind some kroger brand tissue...
We frequently stop by and Kroger for the fresh produce selection they offer. The niche brands of some ethnic foods that are not available elsewhere. Their meat selection is 2nd to none, really. Plus, if you want fresh sliced deli meat/cheeses for sandwiches, they have a great deli too! And bakery for cakes, breads, etc. They also have hot deli foods available for pickup- like chicken. You can even find some lovely green plants, and small flower arrangements in the cooler- just in case you need to bring home a special 'I love you' to someone!
