I needed to get a gophone sim and Brent made the whole process so easy. Usually when I visit family in America I have to buy my own sim from Walmart and set it up myself. I will never do that again. Brent not only set up my sim and my prepaid airtime but he also removed my existing sim, taped my South African sim to the ATT sim card, put in the new sim, and had me call someone to make sure it was working. He also showed me how to check my balance with the USSD code. The service was truly first class.
Always very helpful & friendly before you even walk in the door! Again, I will go to this store over a closer store because of the awesome people!
Worst place to buy stuff here I will say go to cabot att there little nicer and better because this place was make fun of a customer for no reason.
I went to the Cabot store and waited in the store 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Each sales rep had a customer, but there was no "hello" "be with you when we can" or any thing resembling a greeting or customer service. As I waited, two more customers came in and left because they also were not acknowledged. When I called the Jacksonville store from inside the Cabot store to ask how busy they were and if they would at least acknowledge my presence, all three sales reps looked up at me and then continued what they were doing without a word...wow! I drove to Jacksonville where I was greeted as I walked through the door, received great service and bought my new phone. I've been an AT&T customer for seven years. If it wasn't for the great service in Jacksonville, there would not be an eighth year!
I scheduled on Tuesday April 25th to have internet installed in my apartment on Friday May 5th between noon and four p.m. Not only did the service technician not show up but it turns out they overbooked themselves. So I get on the phone at 5 p.m. with customer service and the assure me that they will be here today. Two hours later I call again to see when they will be able to come and install my internet cause at this point it was 7:30 at night and I know that no one is going to show up and they tell me that I have to wait another TWO WEEKS. I am very angry with the service I didn't receive. If the technician had called and told me they wouldn't be able to make it that is one thing but I had to call and find out the hard way. I will mever use AT&T again in my life and I will always recommend against them if anyone ever asks for my opinion.
