They will not see you if you are taking any prescription painkillers, sleeping pills etc etc., from another doctor.
Makes no difference if you're seeking treatment for heartburn or skin rash.
Dr's are great at this place the only problem I have is the women who work the front counter they are snooty and rude I don't appreciate that we are patients sick and in pain coming here and they act like nothing matters.... one appointment I was 20 min late and was refused service because they only give u 15 min past Ur time to get there. Are you serious what difference does 5 minutes make when u have to wait 30min to an hour to be seen in the first place... then I am told this time that I have to pay my balance or at least half plus my Co pay before I can be seen. They couldn't inform me this before I took off work and came up here smh I understand I need to pay my balance and I plan to on my payday. But come on seriously. I thought yall were here to help people but apparently this is just a business transaction... the least they could have done is said well we will see you this time but you need to pay before next time. I believe I will pay my balance and may start looking into another Dr because apparently you all don't care about patients!!
It would be interesting to find out why they're so nervous about that.
