Tracey is absolutely amazing at her job! She gives awesome haircuts and always goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of as a customer. She offers a generous military discount and evens does a massage along with shampoo after the haircut. The salon has a nice variety of products that she'll often sample to customers if interested. Tracey never once rushed a haircut of mine and always made sure I looked good walking out the door. I've recommended her work to multiple friends and they've all walked out extremely happy with her work. She's very hardworking and passionate about her craft and just a sweetheart to be around. Tracey has a heart full of gold and takes great care of her customers! Highly recommend.
Tracy is the absolute best. She always takes her time and delivers an amazing haircut. She definitely takes care of military folks and includes a shampoo and massage for an unbeatable price. Tracy was really friendly and is just wonderful. She knows what she's doing and she only wants to make you look better. I love how she cuts hair, as it's hard to find someone who does dry cuts. The only reason I'm giving her 3 stars is because I asked for a particular style and cut and she gave me something way shorter and completely off on the color. I asked for a rose gold ombre, and I got dark red on top with a blond-ish color on bottom. I understood when she said she would work it slowly as to not damage my hair, but I'd rather had not dyed it at all at this point.
Im from out of town, and I couldn't be more pleased to have found this place. Highly recommend checking this place out. Really affordable! Really clean! Tracy is the best!! She is Always willing to accommodate and find a way to get you what you are looking for. Incredible professionalism and care for her craft. She is also such a friendly and enjoyable person. I have gone to Bravo Salon the whole time I was stationed at Little Rock. She beats the prices on base, and her quality is head and shoulders above theirs (sorry, couldn't resist the pun!). This is the kind of place you only need to describe what you want the first time; after that, she will remember you. And if you need an appointment, she is very flexible and willing to work with your schedule. I highly recommend her!!
