The food is so good! Unfortunately the server Kelli was horrible. I went to eat with my husband and he ordered a water and she told him “when you need more water just get up and go around the corner by the kitchen and get it yourself “ the place was empty ! There was absolutely no reason why she couldn’t go and get it if tha was her job! I asked her for a box and as she walked away she rolled her eyes at me. Then I give her my cat card and she asks if they messed up on my name bc it looked like two last names on my card.

Not bothering getting the stiff drink I feel I might need by the end of this because the waitress is also the barkeep. Usually the waitresses are much better than this.

1835, iced tea flies across the floor, quickest way towards the soda machine. Same waitress as before.

Good customer service, but longer wait times for food and to place your order. If they can keep the fast food service AND the good customer service of what they normally have, this place would be gold.

It took 10 mins for her to come over. It took another 10 just to find out what sort of vegetable they were serving and order my food. They are understaffed.

They call their medium-well done a medium rare......that's not right. At all. She tried telling me that after I saw her write medium rare in her notepad. I have order this dozens of times with all the other waitresses. They don't call it that.

I swear that usually the service is better, but I also promiced myself to give a brutally honest review of my visit today.

Food, decent, service definitely to be desired. Kelly the server was pretty rude.

Can't complain about the food, obviously the better side of things here. Other than all that, good atmosphere and good music. The feel of this place and the good food saved them from a one star just from the service.

1838, meal arrives! Steak is medium well! Things are looking better now. Food actually arrived faster than normal.

What you normally see is:

On two different occasions it has taken over two hours for me to either not get my food, or get the wrong entree. First was opening night. It's understandable to be a little slow on the opener since everyone is new but to take over 2.5 hours for a chicken sandwich and fires? And to have the order come out wrong? That's ridiculous! The second was in January '17. I placed my order along with my friend's. We served ourself drinks. His appetizer came and he ate it. His entree came and he ate it. By now about an hour and a half has past so I ask the waitress about my order only to find out it was given to the wrong person and another order was never placed. It takes another 45 min just to get this order out so I could finally get my food and leave.
